Pakistan’s democracy is under danger, according to MQM leader Altaf Hussain.
According to Altaf Hussain, the head of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), democracy is in danger in Pakistan, and now every citizen is concerned about the actions of the sick and power-hungry maniacs, injustice, and tyranny that would plunge the nation into hell.
He provided a historical analysis of Pakistan’s hazardous status in a message posted on Twitter. He said that Muhammed Ali Jinnah, the man who founded Pakistan, was killed slowly. A hired assassin killed the first prime minister Khan Liaquat Ali Khan in Rawalpindi.
Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah, the sister of Mohammad Ali Jinnah, was murdered by torture under unidentified circumstances. The martial rule imposed by General Zia-ul-Haq included a death sentence for Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. Benazir Zardari, a former prime minister, was killed by gunfire. Everyone is aware of the assassins’ identities.
Hussain said that since martial rule has been implemented regularly, everyone is aware of its enforcement. He said that the unlawful military rule was regrettably allowed by the constitution’s stewards, and that everyone is aware of who those stewards are.
The name of the political group whose catchphrase was “Democracy is the best revenge” is well known to everybody. What political party’s name was yelled in unison with the slogan “Respect the vote” is known to everyone? said he. A horse-trading market has been set up by the current controllers and manipulators of every institution in Pakistan, he said, and as a result, they are pressuring elected MPs to hold press conferences to announce their departure from the PTI, a particular political party.
The slogan “Long live Pakistan army” is also made to be chanted by selected MPs and leaders. The names of the manipulators are known to everybody. Political parties are concurrently reveling in the comforts of being in power and expressing their profound satisfaction at seeing these “Change of loyalty press conferences,” while the nation’s intellectuals, authors, journalists, and TV hosts are only onlookers.
Even they didn’t budge from discussing the brutal killing of investigative journalist Arshad Sharif. He said that the function of rights organizations is also deplorable.
The highest court, who are responsible for upholding the law and the constitution, stays mute, tipping the scales in favor of the manipulators. Hussain said that demonstrations are being held in support of the manipulators at their command in every nook and corner, and that the military establishment, which has lost credibility and confidence, is making every effort to conceal this phenomena.
The manipulators have imposed a new narrative, “The army is our red line,” but it lacks energy.
Hussain said, “Those who are taking pleasure in crackdowns on legislators of a particular political party must prepare for their turn because the manipulators have the propensity to put the political party’s leaders on a snake and ladder game.”
Every Pakistani citizen, according to him, is alarmed by these sick, power-hungry maniacs’ deed. In actuality, this is a really serious issue. He stated that these horrible crimes, injustices, and despotism will plunge the nation into damnation.
